Centralised support for Bell Equipment in Scotland as it brings service in-house

Renowned for its ‘strong reliable machines’ and ‘strong reliable support’, leading construction equipment distributor, Bell Equipment UK, has announced that it will be bringing its vehicular support division ‘in-house’ for clients in Scotland.
In a move designed to personalise the service it offers to customers in the region, Bell has strengthened its team with the appointment of Service Supervisor, Gareth Griffiths, as the main contact for service in Scotland; Parts Manager, Gordon Jones, as the contact for the Falkirk Depot and Parts; and James Dobbie as the region’s Product Support Representative. The team will be supported by Regional Sales Manager, Russell Conn, who joined the company last year.
Bringing together Bell Equipment’s mechanical service and maintenance offerings in Scotland through the Falkirk Depot, this centralised approach will consolidate technical expertise, streamline communications and present customers with a linear route to all preventative-care and repair support.
“After assessing the needs and preferences of customers in the region, we’re feeling extremely positive about the decision to bring all Scottish customers’ mechanical after sales support under the Bell Equipment umbrella,” says Andy Pearce, Technical and After Sales Manager at Bell Equipment.
“We believe the ability to offer a holistic service – from the purchase of a Bell machine, to maintenance and on-going support – will prove to be extremely beneficial to our customers in the region.
“The move will also enable Bell to have greater control over the standards of care and service provided to its customers and will simplify the process of service and repair for the clients themselves”, adds Andy.
