For absolute peace of mind, Bell Equipment customers can choose the comprehensive Repair and Maintenance contract.
As well as the full service contract options, customers repair and maintenance support are covered under this contract. R & M contracts are flexible and can be adapted to suit each individual client’s needs – giving you the level of support to suit your business.
• Service and Repair
For customers who are operating Bell machines but do not want to enjoy the benefits of a contract – for whatever reason – a full service and repair facility is still available.

• Service Contracts
Our service contracts have been designed to give you the assurance of having all of your machine’s servicing performed a fully trained Bell Equipment service engineer. We have developed two types of contract to suit individual customer’s needs:
Included in this contract is oil sampling, all parts, labour and oils required for the service. Choosing this option ensures correct specification oils are used, which ultimately prolong the life of the machine.
All labour and parts required for the service are provided however, if the customer finds it beneficial, the customer may provide the oils required. All oils provided must meet Bell’s recommended specifications.
Customers on either type of contract will receive a visit from one of our engineers every 500 hours to carry out preventative maintenance as scheduled in the Operating and Maintenance manuals.
