Visitors to Yellow Zone, Stand P66A will be able to explore the wide range of equipment designed to meet hauling and grading needs, while engaging with Bell Equipment’s product specialists and learning more about its comprehensive aftermarket support.
“Our focus at Electra Mining is to demonstrate how Bell Equipment delivers and supports complete solutions for our customers,” said Wade Peterson, Head of Sales and Marketing at Bell Equipment Sales South Africa (BESSA). “From machines designed for heavy production through to versatile equipment that supports everyday site operations, we’re looking forward to showing visitors how our products, backed by our nationwide support network, help businesses improve productivity, lower operating costs and maximise uptime.”
Among other equipment, the Bell stand will highlight South Africa innovation by featuring the mining-sized Bell B50E Articulated Dump Truck and the South African manufactured Bell G140 6×6 Grader.
Bell Equipment Product Manager, Brad Castle, says: “Our 50-tonner ADT concept is a great example of our company’s passion for innovation and ability to respond to customer needs. The development of the B50D, in the early 2000s, was driven largely by increased operating costs in the market and, having the largest payload of any ADT on the market at that time gave customers a unique solution: being able to transport a higher payload for marginally more fuel and with less operators required per ton of material moved. The reasoning behind the concept remains as valid today, and the B50E has really come of age as a high performing product, showing pleasing product maturity and longevity.”

The Bell G140 6×6 Grader showcases the company’s focus on sustainable engineering. Bell Equipment Product Manager, Jeremiah Mokhomo said: “This product is designed and built for enhanced operational efficiency, improved safety, and reduced environmental impact. Being technology agnostic, we purposefully engineered the grader with a future-ready platform, featuring a Collision Prevention System (CPS)-ready architecture and retrofittable grading technology, enabling seamless integration with third-party precision grading and machine control systems. This flexibility allows customers to upgrade capabilities as operational needs evolve, without requiring major machine modifications.”

He added that the grader’s sealed slew bearing, a premium feature that protects critical components from contamination, is at the core of the machine’s durability. This significantly extends service life and reduces maintenance requirements by eliminating the need for circle wear inserts.
Peterson concludes: “Every machine on display represents the company’s commitment to providing customers with strong, reliable equipment backed by exceptional support and we look forward to engaging with visitors to see how we can work together to build more productive, efficient and sustainable operations.”
